Quiet day and sunny with clear sky's. Having a problem with L shoulder and along with it being painful with movement that arm is also edematus to the wrist and fingers. Last night I had a lot of cramping in the hand and fingers. I loaded up on magnesium Amar sure I had enough potassium on board, but took a couple of hours to subside(very unusual for me as any cramping is normally in my lower extremities). If not resolved by tomorrow will call to see MD. Went out to spa to exercise after supper. Spoke to Angie and will call Eloise later.
