awal2 diet kemarin, tiap hari tiap abis makan selalu wajib nimbang..hasilnya malah bikin setres..akhirnya nothing to lose aja deh..tetep defisit kalori dan nimbang seminggu sekali..ternyta lebih enak kaya begini..karena jadi g parno amat sm makanan dan alhamdulillah tiap nimbang ad penurunan..
