Well I hit a wall with eating and exercising over the weekend. And I gained weight :(. I didn't exactly feel like me over the weekend. As of yesterday, I got back on track and I am recording everything. Eating healthy, I'm pretty sure. Nutrition is always confusing even with a nutritionist and a trainer. Did 1000 meters on the row machine in 5 minutes before meeting with my trainer, half hour session with her. Pushups, planks, kettlebell training, up to using 26 and 32 pound weights.
