Hi FS Buddies. I hope everyone is doing well. I took some time off of FS, life got a little crazy here with work and family. I had to deal with a knee injury, so that was the main reason, but I maintained my eating and weight during rehab, so i think i'm good to go now. Softball season has started, so i'm coaching every night of the week. Then I am landscaping the cottage in my free time....... It summer here in Canada, so i'm going to try to log in as much as possible. Wishing you all the very best!!!! Dwayne
105.1 kg Lost so far: 11.9 kg.    Still to go: 12.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks Erika, the physio said I might consider hanging up the volleyball shoes, orrrrrrrr!!!!!, losing another ten pounds, hahaha, so i'm losing another ten pounds ;)
