First day of challenge went great.I feel I still need to make some
adjustments using splenda and more control on my use of cream. At least
I'm not using cheese to any great extent,that would be overkill from
what I'm reading. Feel very confident about all of this.Stll can't seem to correct my buddy only but hopefully I'll get it back to where
it was before where everyone who wants to can read anything about me
in my journal and food diary. Hopefully this will go thru
