Tomatoes are my downfall right now! I love those Cherub tomatoes, they are so good!! I cannot stop myself from eating the whole container, which is 18g of carbs all by itself. There are 8g of fiber, but I just dont know if it balances enough. Ugg!!! I love them though!

I am trying my hand at fasting today. I have broth and water, I think it should go well. I am not hungry right now, which is not normal for me, usually by this time I am starving! But I feel ok. The broth I have has 3g of carbs in it, so I am only going to drink 1 cup, but the fat content is good so it should keep me in ketosis.

I had a minor panic attack this morning. I have this shirt that was a little snug when I bought it, but it fit ok so I went with it. Well, it was in my drawer this morning and I figured it would fit perfect by now. Well, when I put it on, it was still a little snug...I was defeated. Then my husband reminded me that it is 100% cotton and will shrink a little in the wash and just wait out the day and see how it fits by this afternoon, once Ive been wearing it a while. I know he is right, I just have to remind myself that this is a long run, not a sprint. It took time to gain, it will take time to lose.

I have been drinking nearly 300oz of water a day. I feel like that is excessive, but I want to make sure that I am flushing my system really well. Is it too much?

Patience is so hard. I do that! Think a pair of jeans will fit better after losing a few pounds and then they feel just as tight as before. It’s such a mind game. Our minds can be our worst enemies haha! Keep going...you’re doing good things and if you keep doing good things your body has to yield right? That’s what Im telling myself. Not sure on the water...I do know you can drink too much and it can be quite dangerous so do a little internet search and see what you find. Good luck on the fast! You are so strong and inspiring.
