Again,I don't know how to add in something that I ate,don't know how to
break it apart.I really feel so stupid,I tried adding it in under new
item but of course its a recipe wo brand name.Its Flourless Choc Cake
which I copied off of BamaLane.Its wonderful,its broken down but as I said I'm stupid about adding this.So again my food diary does not show
what I ate all of it anyway.Its only this piece of cake that I had to
add.And for the likes of me I can't seem to stay within the 20 total
carbs a day which I'm counting and not NC. Boy,I feel beat so thats my
concern so can I say HELP PLEASE.

Winddancer go to recipes and look up the chocolate flourless cake, scroll down the page and you will see the nutrition label. Copy the information then go to your enter food page and add a custom item. Fill in the info and then you will be able to add to your diet journal. :)
