Got my measurements done again today, have only lost 1/2 a % of fat but lost 5.6 cms from my last measurements. Getting your measurements done regularly helps you keep track of what your body is actually doing. Thankfully I haven’t lost any muscle Since I started Keto on the 5th of December last year, I’ve lost 2.5% body fat, 5.1 kilos and 22.2 cms of fat. Now to reset my requirements
