Carb overload today!! But I didn't get too many calories. I really didn't intend to eat the popcorn but darn my brain talked me into having a handful of my sons' and it turning into 4, oops. Then came the pita chips and the bean dip. I feel bad but haven't been "naughty" to often and am within my caloric range, so hopefully I haven't messed anything up. Definitely back on track tomorrow.
