Missed breakfast today, got a late start to church this am. I hate that. Totally throws off my calories - too low for the day. But just can't seem to make it up. Got to lunch - still in a rush to get to an afternoon appt, and grabbed a couple of steak tips from yesterday's leftovers. Unfortunately, no veggies, nothing to go w/them, and I ran out the door. NOTE TO SELF: Need to plan better for days like today.
