It is my first day back at work after the holidays. I have not gained over the holidays, but neither have I lost. Now comes the push to lose the last 8 kilos.
I have been running in the mornings with my fitness freak son. This is huge for me because I really, really, seriously, really hate running. Yesterday I managed 3 kilometers in 40 minutes. I don't know if I will be able to keep this up once back at work, but I am going to do my best to at least try every second day.
The gyms will be full again from tonight with everyone starting their new year resolutions. I actually cant wait till karate starts next week.
