I spent several hours reading posts on the Atkins.com website. The one I was reading had numerous people responding to it every day. I may try to post on that site also. I had an OK day. I stayed within my 20 carbs and my ketone strip was dark purple. I weigh again in a couple of days and I don't know if I will have a weight loss or not. I think I will eat a MIM tomorrow for some extra fiber. I was happy that my repairman at our apt. brought us another refrigerator today. Our old one had a broken shelf in the door and was freezing the food we had in our refrigerator. So now I can make some new salad dressings to help w/my boredom over my choices. Tomorrow I need to spend my time picking out new recipes to try. I am bored with the standard meals I've been eating. I haven't been doing very many recipes and I need to if I'm going to succeed on Induction long term. I am feeling hungry tonight. I'm wondering if I had enough protein today or if it's the Dasani strawberry waters making me crave food. I'd love to just take a break from the food plan for a day or two but I'm not going to do that because who knows if I'd ever be able to get myself back on track. I walked today but only for 15 minutes. Oh, I've been wondering why Diet Cokes are not OK but diet jello w/aspartame is OK? Can someone explain?
