So.... does it seem possible to loose approx 17 pounds in a month? I'm thinking not, but just looking for thoughts!

In Theory it is possible, BUT i have a feeling that a lot of that was not true weight but was water weight. If you had a huge calorie deficite each day I have a feeling your body would freak out and hold on to everything it has thinking you are starving it. So I am sure some of it was fat, but some of it I am sure was water

It sure is... but it actually isn't healthy. In addition to the loss of energy, fatigue, and depression, it also causes lose skin, which can be a tad unsightly! :D
