Bought a new Health-o-Meter doctor's scale last night. Was pleased to see my old scale was only off by 6 ounces...but I am up my 1 lb lost from yesterday...I think it's water because I had more sodium in my food choices yesterday than normal. Amy going to give TOTAL carb counting a shot.

Msamy, those 1 lb differences can get frustrating but like you said - it could be the sodium. Just up your water today and that should go away in no time. Let us know if you need anything when you switch to TOTAL. We are here to help you anytime.
