on the middle of June I decided that I was going to give up bread, meat, raw sugar, caffeinated beverages, chocolate. I have lost 63 # . my Alc has gone to 6.5 I don't use insulin anymore my blood sugars are in normal range. I feel a lot better I have 24 # to go but I am only going to 18#. I know we can lose weight we just need to put our mind on it.
