Following the plan very well. I do the Super Smoothie after my hot water & lemon in the morning, I add the ground flax seed in this and the last 2 days have been also adding the flax seed oil. My cheats have been a pc of hard candy, 1 french fry, 1 potato chip - NO, not all in one day either. LOL! We have been creative w/the dinners and the "KEY" to success, as it was stressed, is being prepared. We work 8-5 and we make sure we have plenty of healthy, appropriate snacks for work. I will weigh in next friday and hope for the same results:) Maybe another cheat has been a few green olives a day! I have added these in the blan chili, stew etc to add a bit of salt!
