Hi happy new year to all -My wife's birthday celebration was yesterday (Happy Birthday honey)- She is 29 again -
LOL- I had a Longhorn steak house end cut 16 oz prime rib ( I love better than cake) with double salad - I get salad for my 2nd side also -
I drank my unsweet tea - 4 glasses or so -
-At home , I drank 1 botttle of cherry diet Dr Pepper (what the heck) -
St. Louis has G&W meats 4 pack of Cajun beef stick - 18" long , had 1 of those -Eat your favorites ,even though I work for them ,LOL.
I ate 1/2 a cucumber with salt & pepper - 1 cannoli (the last one,die you Heathen , and drank water -
When I do Atkins , if you want to lose a pound or weight , eat a steak - I forgot that - I know I had success in the past with that -
On a different note , I talked about Woman's World magazine. Well , here you go - I had one jump in my cart. The woman's world 2018 January edition ( I'm so embarrassed) has a great article page 20-21 - It talks about a cleanse ( homemade with vegetables and spices) . There is a 3 day eating plan - and in 48 hours creates weight loss - The point I want to make is that the eating with chicken and broccoli especially , and drinking of non sweet tea, they say premeal also , are part of the 3 day deal and I have been eating and drinking these items in my daily diet - Article by Dr Romm - Consult your Dr if not sure but includes superfoods like, broccoli , chicken (unprocessed meats ), Cauliflower, cucumber , tea etc that I eat - I hope this helps somebody but from my experience , the heart of this I've done and it works -
After reading the magazine,I have this strange inkling to start a purse collection? LOL
Try these few things that I do - please cut up some cucumbers , I leave skin on and eat with salt and pepper or we sliced cucumber and sweet onions and put in a bowl - we put vinegar and sour cream , a little and put it in the refrigerator -Then we serve that -
For cauliflower , I put oil in a heated pan , put the cauliflower in and put garlic sea salt combo on top - cook until it is soft - yummy
Congrats to all - strugglers don't know it yet but BOOM!!!!! this will happen to you and when not if - All you 150 pound people trying to lose 15 for example ,I admire the heck out of you because that is way hard and those on on extended weight loss, the same . The next education I face is staying where I want .

Be excited because you are taking your life back , and darn it, it is a great life - Do it for hubby, wifey, kiddy , doggy, mommy in law ,daddy or daddy in law or grandkiddie or for selfie - I'm with a baby right now, sorry LOL .
