I'm happy today. I bought a pair of jeans that was a size smaller. I used to wear a 24 but it was more like a 26 because it was a very stretched out tight 24. So I was happy when I could fit into a size 22. They were tight but they zipped so I bought them and felt great. I was getting a bit worried about being constipated but I got nervous about signing a new lease and problem solved. Plus two days ago I realized I was only taking 1/3 of the flaxseed oil pills I was supposed to be taking. I walked at Walmart today for 30 minutes - boy do people hop out of the way when you are dashing up to them with a fast moving cart! I have not been doing very well with planning my food the last few days and have ended up with not enough carbs/calories for snacks. I haven't felt hungry for snacks but I think it is a good idea to have them anyway. What does everyone else think? Are snacks important?

I absolutely think snacks are important! Having some on hand is always a good idea. If you're ever caught outside without a healthy thing in site, just reach for your purse and snack away. :-)

Absolutely, if not for the maintenance, then just for satisfaction, kind of feels like a treat.
