Went over the edge 5/6/12!! Ate WAY too much WAY too late at night. I suppose a freebee is allowed every now and then but I'll have no one to blame except myself tomorrow standing on the scale :( Oh the carb horror!!! I will definitely make up for this tomorrow: 1200 calories, 1 hr jogging, 30 minutes pilates. I wasn't even hungry...its because I made those low carb brownies. I've hardly had anything sweet for 2 weeks...note to self, learn some moderation!
