I should have mentioned this earlier, but I'm on hiatus right now and only maintaining rather than trying to lose weight. I have a chronic shoulder injury that's blocking me from most of the exercise that I want to do, and I feel like dieting is likely causing me to lose too much muscle.

Instead of trying to lose weight, I'm following the same general principles and habits (eat real foods, buy fresh and cook myself, pay attention to portion sizes, don't be a dumb$#!+, minimize junk food) but not obsessing over the details.

Thanks for telling me where to enter the recipes. Good luck with your shoulder. I'm an "older" lady and have trouble with my feet, hips and one shoulder. For exercise I do embroidery until I work up a good sweat then I change chairs and read until I cool down. If it weren't for reality that would be true but I really have to be careful with my exercise or I'll injure myself and make the previous statement a reality.
