Its fiesta Mexican cheese baked at 375°F for 8 mins tastes like a cheese it and make sure u spray the pan with nonstick spray . But watch them or they will burn.

I weigh in in the morning. It does matter what you eat. It matters because you want your body to burn the fat - so you want to eat protein so your body doesn't burn protein when you work out.
