Another good day and not too many calories today. I walked 30 minutes in the mall. I printed quite a few recipes and cut them into pieces that will fit on large index cards so I can put them in a recipe box and fix them easier. I definitely need some new ideas for things to eat. I haven't even saved main dish recipes yet and I've got 140+ in my cookbook now. Now I have to make some of them. I could use some good recipes for chicken if anyone wants to PM me any. And breakfast ideas because I'm stuck on bacon and eggs. Yesterday we cleaned off our porch so we can put up our bird bath and bird feeders in a couple of days. I love to watch the birds out the windows especially the goldfinches and the woodpeckers. My cats love to watch the fat doves and the squirrels. I was looking at my jeans today in the mirror and they are way big. I am going to go buy new (hopefully at least one size smaller) jeans tomorrow. My husband is also on Atkins and needs new jeans, too. Oh, I just remembered I need to go order those books by Martha Beck that were recommended The Beck Diet Solution and The 4 Day Win.
