I just wrote a journal entry and didn't hit the save button. Grrrrr. I did a workout today from the P90 DVD and had a hard time keeping up and getting the moves down. But after i finished I felt really good - completely unexpected. Ready to do it again tomorrow. Maybe I'll end up liking to work out!
