Klo di aplikasi sih per 100 gr urap itu 112 kalori, ga tau ini bener apa ga ya?! Tp sih aq ga pake gorengan 😁😁,, cuma urap aja uda kenyang bgt

@ami @maiz aku input kalori satu persatu makannya biar lebih akurat..soalnya yg di aplikasi kan g tw yah sayurannya di urap itu apa aja..hehehe sepiring itu kalorinya cm 210 loh..mantepp kan..kenyang tapi ga dosa..hihihi
@jannakha setujuuu..mkanan indonesia ituu banyaaaakk banget yg bagus buat diet...how lucky we are live in indonesia 😍😍
