Disappointed that there was no loss this week, but I guess I should be
satisfied that I maintained my weight after having to entertain, let's just say, a difficult client.
84.8 kg Lost so far: 8.9 kg.    Still to go: 7.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
