CloudyNight's Journal, 13 Dec 17

I’d love some tips on handling self control, my snacking is getting a bit out of control and buffets are a struggle. I’m eating healthy food, avoiding cake and sweets, but I’m still eating too much food.
Any advice for a struggling snacker before Christmas?!

Alpen bars are pretty light in calories. other light snack I've had is just some Apple and cheese. about 200cal. also, I've been replacing my snacks with a coffee loo

Don't buy any yourself. Make sure you eat a meal before you go out. Less likely to snack on a full tum hopefully. Failing that there's always the New Year diet resolution.

You can try drinking green tea a hour after your meal which normally helps as it speeds up the system. Or try carrot sticks with hummus
