Today's my baby's birthday hence the cupcakes and fudge for breakast, hardly low GI choices :) Will cut myself some slack today and celebrate the day and the fact that I have lost 4lb in the 2 weeks I've been on FatSecret. There have been some pitfalls on the way, e.g. carrot cake and KFC, but on the whole has been OK and hope to continue with weight loss!
