75 minutes of hot yoga, under 1000 calories, weight the same. I'm stuck again at 164.4.

I know this is a crazy thought, but I really wanted to be 160 for this shower, and I thought that if I tried hard enough I might be able to drop 10 pounds this month. So now, I'm throwing myself into crazy work out mode.

Alright, I'm just driving myself crazy. It's not essential. My friend said to me, because I was freaking out about being 160 by Saturday, she said, "you do know that they aren't going to weigh you when you get there, right?" To which I answered, "what if it's a Biggest Loser themed shower, and no one told me!" My mind works in strange, strange ways.

Already today I have walked for a half hour on my lunch break. I'm working on running for an hour and a half after dinner. Which I have already cooked in my mind, haha. I'm hoping that by 6:45 tonight I'll be working on my first free run.

LOST is on tonight, and then after that, I suppose I'll go for a walk with a friend. We like to walk at night, mainly because it's a good feeling, there are't a lot of people out, and her kid is asleep by then.

I am all sorts of loving yoga. I feel like I'm really working on my flexibility and my muscles are starting to get stronger. I flexed my bicep the other day, and Joe, kidding around said, "Whoa! Point those guns somewhere else." He's a cornball, but I love him.

Ah well, nothing more to report, I'll be happier when I lose something. Hopefully it'll be tomorrow!

Girl, you are going crazy with the exercise!! Good for you! I love going for night time walks too - on the boardwalk... but its way to cold out there for me right now!!! LOL Have a great time, and be careful - I used to take pepper spray with me when I went on the boardwalk at night.... Of course it was the Long Branch boardwalk.

Well, there is two of us, I always bring my cell phone, and we're walking around my friend's neighborhood, so there's plenty of houses to run to, if something were to happen. But the boardwalk at night is scary, ever been to Seaside's boardwalk in like February at night? I still have nightmares about that. I used to have to go there in the winter just because I missed it so much. Then Jersey Shore ruined it, and I'll never be able to talk to my friend Danny again, because he's a "star."

Was Danny the one who owned the shop? Thats to funny! We never go down there to often, and if we do, its durring the day (in the summer of course) with the kids. We spend most of our time at Pt. Pleasant boardwalk - I can't wait till its warm enough to go again.....

Yeah he is. I've known him since I was 19, when they owned The Corner and Off the Hook, I used to get all my piercings done there. Not anymore, it's going to be so crowded with all the d-bags who like worship that show. I hope they aren't doing a second season there, because I would like to go there without having to be annoyed. My mom loves Maruca's pizza, so if we don't get to go there this summer because of MTV they are going to have to deal with her. LOL
