Waist is down to 29.5, on the 5th notch of belt I got when I started this job, so that is a good thing, but gaining weight by the scale again. Don't seem to be making headway on tummy. 12 hour night shifts. Doing the best I can to eat well, but hard to motivate myself to exercise on the days off, so busy doing what does not get done the days I only work, commute & sleep.
