So thirsty. Even dreaming about water. Safe to say I'm dehydrated. Its easy to forget how much water you need to drink when you change your habits. Need to drink more at work too. Setting an odd goal today... going to try to weigh more tomorrow morning. The weight is dropping off too quickly and I'm hesitant to believe in miracles although I have been working out like a champ :)
