over the last week i have been eating around 1600 calories day.not as easy as i thoght it was going to be but with added exercice i've droped 11Lbs this week which i am very happy about.got to lose another 30Lbs by oct, for my doctor i hope the next 20Lbs comes off as easy as the first ten.
