How may we advise you? What level of protein are you trying to maintain?

I went though my food dairy and I think I eat too many carbs and not enough protein also I don't think I eat enough food sometimes I don't meet my daily allowance. How much do you recommend ? Maybe my body thinks it is starving and won't let go of the fat ....lol
