So far so good today. Tonight is my weekly meeting and weigh-in. I'm sure I'm up since I haven't weighed-in since 12/18. With Christmas, New Years and my birthday I ate a lot of junk. Hopefully it won't be too bad. And on a positive note, at least I'm back on track now!
