I’m doing great avoiding the sweets! My weekness is with a drink after work or too many snacks such as tasty nuts or cheese and crackers. We bought “generic” chips in prepackaged servings which has helped because they don’t taste as good so I don’t have them every day. Shopping is fun but it does get challenging even for me to not want a holiday goodie. My exercise hasn’t been as robust as I would have liked however, it has been better! Chewing gum, drinking sparkling water, and plenty of celery on hand are starting to work.
