I love chcolate. Stevia is the only sweetener I use, because chemicals cause me cravings. I reviewed a number of fat bombs and settled on this recipe: equal parts tahini, coconut oil, and grass-fed butter. Then I add a third measure of cocoa and melt them all together until smooth.. To make it sweet, I fold in several drops of stevia. This mixture goes into candy molds and placed into the freezer until hard.
By next summer, I plan to have my own stevia plant. This will assure me that it is truely natural/organic and free of additives, like actual sugar! I have been making my own treats and snacks for decades, because my youngest has had so many allergies, I could not buy any prepackaged anything for her. This training has worked well for keto. Best wishes for the December diet trials!
