@cherik1 my favorite thing to do is save veggies and meat from dinner to use in scrambled eggs or quiche. Makes breaking the fast easier for me, due to less stress and prep time.

@Mamamc7, I'm doing what you're doing with the previous night's food, mixing it in with the scrambled eggs (shopping bill doesn't have to be as expensive when I do that).

@from371 I love left overs but converting them into something new. especially since I hate wasting food!! I will use my sautéed veggies and grilled meats and add them to bone broth with miracle noodles and herbs to make a quick easy soup!
