shock banget..kmrn nimbang bb ada di 68.5..makin semangat diet dan workout..ehhh siang ini nimbang jadi 70,1 !!howcome...makan tiap hari sll defisit kalori, workout 10-15 menit juga tiap hari..hiks..buang timbangan..buaaaangg..😭😭
