Yesterday I caved hard. No wheat, but I'm sure I ate 200-300 carbs at least. Pudding, cereal and milk, oatmeal, chocolate cake, spaghetti... it was bad. Off plan, too much of everything, and it was GOOD.
Which means the next couple of days are going to be horrid :)
I'm not even really sure specifically why yesterday was the tipping point. Its been getting worse the past few weeks, so I know it was a cumulative kind of thing. But there wasn't a big emotional trigger, I was occupied so it wasn't boredom, and it sure wasn't habit after this long.
Nothing to do except button down and follow the plan to the letter, no matter how much I want to keep binge eating.
