Had a big family cookout yesterday and it had ups and downs. Not only over all but for my diet too. The biggest challenge and biggest wack to my points...my sisters pasta salad and worst of all SPICE CAKE. AUH! It smelled like love and christmas! So yummy!
Another highlight- Buffalo meat. Free on weight watchers! It takes a little longer to cook but is as juicy as normal hamburger and more tastey.
Lowlight...a brownie that was not worth the points.
highlight...my sister in law is going to start weight watchers again! She is going with me on the next weigh in. She even lent me a book of core recipes from when she was in the program before.
Will DDR tonight to try and get some more points to counteract those spent.
I will weight in on Thursday this week so I don't have a whole lot of time.
