So... it's been a month since I have journaled, weighed in... or done anything at all for that matter. I went on vacation and LOST MY MIND!! O LORD! I completely fell off the damn wagon and it sped off into the sunset without me!
I'm feeling a bit lost and unmotivated but there is no time for pitty parties here, I have to get my ass back on track because going back is NOT AN OPTION!
I have not really worked out at all since the procedure I had on my legs last month so... today is the day. Back to the gym I go and I think I am going to just go in and go hard. I can do this. God help me!

Thanks so much... I soooo need the encouragement. It's almost like my brain short circuted and I completely fell backwards...
All I could think was NOOOOO! This cannot happen. I have come way too far to slip back into bad habits. Lesson learned, this is a struggle but I know I can do it. I know I can!!!

Loosing weight is easy, it's keeping it off that's a struggle!! I know where you're at girl, I've been there. Heck, I'm there now :) getting back on track with eating right and exercise. You can do this!!!
