Yesterday ate
7am - smoothie with banana, berries and yogurt
12pm - burrito with roast chicken, cucumber, tomato, and salad leaves.
4pm - beef roti
8pm - snapper with butternut squash.
snacks - baby's food i.e. bread, potato,
a few sips of juice, coconut water and a few sips of brown cow!
THM - need to up veg and stop eating beef roti at the beach!!!

Today ate
7am - smoothie
12pm - a bit of fish, ham sandwich (butter and salad), sweet bread with grapefruit jam
4pm - icecream at the beach - 2 scoops
8pm - slice of bread with cheddar cheese
9pm - slice of quiched with broccoli, squash and brie
THM - too much bread. Eat more veg.

On the whole last few days have been pretty good as have not craved chocolate!!!
