So far so good. I have been doing 30 mins at a medium speed walk on the tredmill about every other day, but I took a break on the weekend. Still, according to the food and exercise ive recorded. I should be steadily burning fat because my calorie intake is always lower than my max RDI and my exercise is always higher. :) Here's hoping I can keep up the good habits! I know I can, it's just harder some days than others.
