@mlrnd yg penting dijalanin enjoy aja say kalo lagi diet, terus kalo lagi kalap jangan ngikutin hawa nafsu buat ngelahap semua..,hehe udh 2 mingguan ini aku gak ada ceating day.

@retno olahraganya cuman ringan aja.cardio 20menit.yg penting keluar keringat. kadang nonton di youtube yoga pemula 15 menit.
