Well after my nice day of hiking and exercising yesterday, my knees and muscles have been hurting today. I crawled back in bed and didn't crawl out until Noon today.

I don't think you really want to know what I've eaten today...it's not good at all.

I had some coffee, my meds, some boneless chicken wings, some m & m's and a diet Pepsi. So nothing healthy at all. I feel like a lazy heffer today.

Well at least I did clean up the mess the kids made :). I know what I need to do, I just need to find that motivation that I initally had and get back to it.

Hopefully this site, along with encouragement from friends will get me back on track and to my goal.

My legs are sore too! Mainly my calves, which feel like the after effects of a charley horse, ouch. I've only had coffee and an english muffin and it's almost 4, so I should probably eat something. We'll motivate each other, we should plan some more hikes like that.

Come on Jam you can do this!! We're here to help ya!!! I find that when I do a strenous workout and am sore the next day, doing a workout that's not so strenous helps ease the soreness.
