Managed to stay on plan all weekend. Feeling pleased :-)
Weigh in day tomorrow, lets hope that I have nailed my goal weight! (some how I dont think I have managed to lose my last 2lbs, even though I have stayed on plan).. well almost.

Thank you bubblegum14 I have been on 4 packs a day for the past 3 months so no calorie or macro counting. I must admit I feel a little scared coming off plan. I want to stay in ketosis and have read and pinned loads of Keto recipes. I'm hoping I can stay under 20g carbs and not go over protein allowance but suppose it will be trial and error for a few weeks. I have stocked up on all the staple dry ingredients coconut/almond flour etc. I'll post my loss tomorrow.
