I keep saying that I'm beginning again, then don't do the work. I really do need to log my food, or I'll forget how much I've eaten. The good news is that I'm back on my good exercise program and feel so much better for it. I'll still eat well on Thanksgiving, but for now I'm on the straight and narrow. I can do this.
