Finally! Ok Im happy with where Im at weight wise now I have to work on body tone and maintaining my weight. Thanks to all my friends that helped me along my journey.
72.6 kg Lost so far: 27.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
