Just ran across your journal.. my advice (even though you didn't ask..) is to start logging your food. All of it. Even if you don't have a set # of calories that you want to stay under, it will help you become more aware of serving sizes, sodium content, fat/carb/protein breakdown, and just how many calories most of the common foods that you eat contain! It will make you a more informed consumer and help you make better choices every single day, not just while you are 'on a diet'... :) You can do this!!
