ok, I know it is up....again....As I mentioned last weekend was a bust for me. BUT at least I stayed true to my woe yesterday (except for the extra nuts) but hey that is better than a pizza! But again I do have to get it together. I'm just tired of 'stuff' I have a lot happening that should be changing at this time of my life but it is taking its time getting where I want to be, perhaps in the next year or so things will work as i hope they will, we shall see. But for now I'm here and I feel good today even if the weight is up.
