It was an OK day. I stayed within my 20 carbs and my ketone stick was dark purple. I also finally completely got over my constipation. I walked 20 minutes at the store and I spent a fair amt. of time online. I am trying to be more patient about losing weight. I tried a MIM today. I wasn't thrilled with it, it just tasted like eggs to me. Maybe it would be better w/more cinnamon. I feel a little down tonight I'm not really sure why.
